Stress Management Sessions:‘Yoga for Positive Change’

These sessions combine counselling with applied Yoga practices to support you to explore and self manage a range of specific conditions and life experiences related to stress, panic, anxiety, worry, tension, low mood, depression, exhaustion, insomnia.

In these sessions you will learn practical techniques for the self management of your specific condition to support your general well-being. The practices of Yoga you will experience derive from a comprehensive, integral system of yoga which addresses imbalance and supports you to harmonise your physical, mental and emotional states. As a trained and experienced Yoga teacher, I will teach you appropriate Yoga practices which may incorporate physical movement, breathing practices and practices for inducing deep relaxation.
